Ron was the only contractor I solicited for quotes, who gave me confidence, that what I wanted, could be built. He did not try to talk me into prefab, glass or roof features; but approached my project from an experienced builder’s point of view. He explained that my design was feasible, and thoroughly explained the steps involved. Also, his price was very competitive.
Once the job began, Ron was on top of things, to make sure they were done right. He was always responsive. Some things during construction, that don’t go as planned, need to be addressed before continuing. Ron would not accept anything that wasn’t to my satisfaction. So even if “Subs” had to come back to correct something, Ron scheduled them immediately, without question.
All of Ron’s core workers, in addition to his chosen subcontractors, were all very professional and courteous.
The finished product is beautiful - exactly what I had envisioned. Our new addition is now a focal point of our home. It blends in perfectly, and looks like it was always part of the original construction.
